Mesai Kart, çalışma saatini ve hak ettiğin ücreti 4857 sayılı İş Kanunu esaslarına göre hesaplayan bir uygulamadır. Yanında günlük alışkanlık takibi ve etkinlik takvimi bulunur.

Bu metin, uygulamanın hangi veriyi sakladığını, nerede sakladığını ve kimin görebildiğini anlatır. Kısa tutulmuştur çünkü toplanan veri azdır.

Özet

Varsayılan olarak verilerin yalnızca sana görünür; ekip paylaşımı ve liderlik tablosu yoktur. Sen açarsan seçtiğin arkadaşlarına yalnızca seçtiğin hedeflerin analizini gösterebilirsin — mesain ve paran buna hiçbir koşulda dahil değildir (ayrıntı).
Reklam yok, izleme yok, analitik yok. Üçüncü taraf izleyici hiç kullanılmıyor.
Verilerin satılmaz, kiralanmaz, pazarlama için kullanılmaz.
Hesabını uygulama içinden silebilirsin; verilerin de birlikte silinir. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan e-postayla da silinir.
Yapay zekâ servisine hiçbir veri gönderilmez.

Çevrim içi durumu	Uygulamayı en son ne zaman açık tuttuğun (tek bir zaman damgası) ve bunu paylaşıp paylaşmadığın. Ayarlar'dan kapatabilirsin; kapatırsan senin durumun kimseye görünmez ve sen de kimsenin durumunu göremezsin.
Şikayetler	Birini şikayet edersen: sebep, yazdığın açıklama ve şikayet anındaki kullanıcı adı ile görünen adı. Bu ikisi o an kopyalanır, çünkü sonradan değiştirilebiliyor.

Sağlık verisi olabilir. Hazır alışkanlık katalogunda uyku, reçeteli ilaç ve alkol gibi maddeler var. Bunları takip edersen girdiğin bilgi sağlık verisi sayılır. Bir alışkanlığı işaretledikten sonra sorulan “nasıl geçti?” puanı da buna dahildir; cevaplamak tamamen isteğe bağlıdır ve boş bırakılırsa hiçbir şey kaydedilmez. Tam da bu yüzden ekip paylaşımı, liderlik tablosu ve karşılaştırma özelliği hiç yapılmadı — kalıcı bir karardır. Aşağıdaki arkadaş paylaşımı bundan farklıdır: hiçbir şeyi varsayılan açmaz, tek tek senin seçtiklerinle sınırlıdır ve ruh hali puanını hiçbir koşulda içermez.

Kimin görebildiği

Bütün tablolarda satır düzeyi güvenlik (RLS) açıktır: veritabanı, her satırı yalnızca yetkili olduğun kişiye döndürür.
Varsayılan olarak hiçbir şeyin paylaşılmaz. İş arkadaşların senin vardiyanı, maaşını, etkinliğini ve alışkanlık kayıtlarını göremez. Aynı uygulamayı kullansanız bile.
Mesai ve para hiçbir koşulda paylaşılmaz — paylaşımı açsan bile. Bu özelliğin kapsamı dışındadır.
Resmi tatil takvimi ve bordro parametreleri (asgari ücret, vergi tarifesi) ortaktır ve giriş yapan herkes okur. Bunlar kişisel veri değildir.
Bordro parametrelerini yalnızca yönetici rolündeki kullanıcı değiştirebilir. Yönetici de kimsenin kişisel verisini göremez.

Arkadaş paylaşımı — yalnızca sen açarsan

Uygulamada arkadaş ekleme ve seçtiğin hedeflerin analizini paylaşma özelliği var. Tamamen isteğe bağlıdır ve hiçbir parçası varsayılan olarak açık değildir.

Bir arkadaşının bir hedefini görebilmesi için üçünün birden doğru olması gerekir:

O kişiye erişim vermiş olman — istek göndermesi ve senin onaylaman gerekir.
Paylaşım anahtarını açmış olman (Ayarlar → Paylaşım).
O hedefi tek tek işaretlemiş olman.

Erişim tek yönlüdür. Birinin isteğini onaylaman, onun analizini senin görmeni sağlamaz; bunun için senin de ona istek gönderip onay alman gerekir. Verdiğin erişimi her an geri alabilir, kişiyi engelleyebilir veya paylaşım anahtarını kapatabilirsin. Anahtarı kapattığın anda hiç kimse hiçbir şey göremez.

Arkadaşın ham kayıtlarını görmez: hangi gün ne işaretlediğin, notların, alt maddelerin ve “nasıl geçti?” puanların paylaşılmaz. Yalnızca o hedef için hazırlanmış sayı ve grafik özeti görünür.

Mesajlaşma yalnızca karşılıklı arkadaşlar arasındadır — yani ikinizin de birbirini onaylamış olması gerekir. Onaylamadığın biri sana yazamaz. Birini engellediğinde aranızdaki bağlar silinir ve seni aramada bulamaz.

Çevrim içi durumu mesaj kutusunda küçük bir noktayla görünür ve yalnızca karşılıklı arkadaşlarına açıktır — mesajlaşmayla aynı kapı. Saklanan tek şey uygulamayı en son ne zaman açık tuttuğun; nerede olduğun, ne yaptığın ya da hangi ekrana baktığın tutulmaz. Ayarlar → “Çevrim içi olduğumu arkadaşlarım görsün” ile kapatabilirsin. Kapattığında senin noktan kimseye görünmez — onlarınkini de göremezsin.

Nerede saklanıyor

Supabase — veritabanı ve hesap doğrulama (supabase.com/privacy). Verinin bulunduğu sunucu bölgesi projenin kurulduğu bölgedir.
Cloudflare Pages — uygulamanın dosyalarını sunar (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). Sunucu, olağan erişim kayıtları tutabilir.
Bildirim açtıysan, mesajı cihazına ileten push servisi (tarayıcına göre Google, Mozilla veya Apple).

Bildirimlerin içeriği şifrelidir

Hatırlatma bildirimleri cihazına gönderilirken içerikleri şifrelenir (RFC 8291). Mesajı ileten push servisi bildirimin içini okuyamaz; yalnızca senin cihazın çözebilir. Bu bir tercih değil zorunluluktu: bildirim metni ilaç adı veya randevu başlığı taşıyabiliyor.

Mesaj bildirimi mesajın kendisini taşır

Sana bir mesaj geldiğinde uygulama kapalıysa telefonuna bildirim düşer ve bu bildirimin gövdesi mesajın metnidir (uzun mesajlarda ilk 120 karakteri). Yani mesaj, kilit ekranında görünebilir — telefonun yanındaki biri onu okuyabilir. İstemiyorsan cihazın bildirim ayarlarından kilit ekranı önizlemesini kapatabilir ya da uygulamanın bildirimlerini tümden kapatabilirsin.

Bildirimi hazırlayan servis bunun için mesaj metnini okur. Yalnızca o tek mesajı ve yalnızca gönderildiği anda okur; mesajları taramaz, saklamaz ve başka hiçbir yere göndermez. Aynı servis, sana gereksiz bildirim gitmesin diye en son ne zaman mesaj kutusunda olduğunu da okur: o sırada ekrana bakıyorsan bildirim hiç gönderilmez.

Arkadaşlık isteği ve kabul bildirimleri yalnızca karşı tarafın görünen adını taşır.

Cihazında tutulanlar

Uygulama takip çerezi kullanmaz. Tarayıcının yerel deposunda yalnızca şunlar durur:

Oturum bilgin (giriş yapmış kalman için).
Ağ yokken atılan ve henüz gönderilememiş damgalar.
Tema ve dil tercihinin bir kopyası. Bu ikisinin asıl yeri hesabın; cihazdaki kopya yalnızca uygulama açılırken, ayarların yüklenmesini beklemeden doğru dili ve rengi gösterebilmek için duruyor.
Yalnızca o cihaza ait görünüm tercihleri: zaman pusulasının konumu, listelerin sırası, analiz bölümlerinin açık mı kapalı mı olduğu ve başlangıç rehberini kapatıp kapatmadığın.

Uygulama, ağ olmadan da açılabilmesi için kendi dosyalarını cihazında önbelleğe alır. Bunlar kişisel veri içermez.

Hesabını ve verini silme

İki yol var ve ikisi de aynı sonucu verir: uygulamanın içinden ya da uygulamayı kurmadan, e-postayla.

Uygulamadan

Hesabımı sil — üst çubukta adına dokun, açılan profil kartının en altında. Onay için hesabının e-posta adresinin tamamı yazılır. Hesabını ve bütün verini kalıcı olarak siler: vardiyalar, ayarlar, alışkanlıklar ve günlük kayıtlar, etkinlikler, ay kapanışları, bildirim aboneliği. Silme anında yapılır; onay için beklemen gerekmez, işlem geri alınamaz ve yedeği tutulmaz.
Bütün kayıtlarımı sil — Ayarlar → Tehlikeli bölge. Yalnızca vardiya kayıtlarını siler; hesabın ve ayarların kalır.

Uygulamayı kurmadan — e-postayla

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan (telefonunu değiştirdiysen, uygulamayı kaldırdıysan ya da şifreni hatırlamıyorsan) silme talebini yazıyla gönderebilirsin:

Hesabının kayıtlı e-posta adresinden destek@mesaikart.com adresine yaz; konu satırına “Hesap silme talebi” yazman yeter.
Talebin hesabın kendi adresinden gelmesi kimlik doğrulamanın yerine geçer. Başka bir adresten yazarsan hesabın adresinden bir teyit isteriz; bunun dışında hiçbir belge istemiyoruz.
Talep en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve sonucu aynı adrese yazılır. Uygulamadan silmek anında olduğu için daha hızlıdır.

Ne siliniyor, ne kalıyor

Silinen: yukarıdaki “Saklanan veriler” tablosundaki her şey. Hesap satırı silindiğinde ona bağlı bütün kayıtlar veritabanı tarafından birlikte düşer — yarım silinmiş bir hesap kalmaz.
Kalan: sunucuda kişisel hiçbir kaydın kalmaz. Uygulamanın dosyalarını sunan Cloudflare'in olağan erişim kayıtları kendi saklama süresince durur; bunlar hesabınla ilişkilendirilmez ve içerikleri bizde tutulmaz.
Cihazındakiler: tema ve dil tercihinin kopyası ile henüz gönderilememiş damgalar yalnızca o cihazda duran yerel kayıtlardır, sunucudaki hesapla bağları yoktur. Uygulamayı kaldırınca ya da tarayıcının site verisini silince giderler.

Ne kadar süreyle saklanıyor

Verilerin, sen silene kadar durur. Uygulama kendiliğinden veri silmez — geçmiş ay hesaplarına sonradan bakabilmen gerekiyor. Bildirim gönderim defteri 30 günden eskisini kendiliğinden temizler.

Mesajların da hesabın silinene kadar saklanır. Tek tek silebilirsin; sildiğin mesaj iki taraftan da kalkar ve karşı taraf da bir daha göremez. Paylaşım özetleri hedefin işaretini kaldırdığın anda silinir; şikayet kayıtları ise inceleme tamamlandıktan sonra da kayıtta kalır, çünkü tekrarlayan davranışın değerlendirilmesi buna bağlıdır.

Çocuklar

Uygulama çalışan yetişkinler için tasarlanmıştır ve 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Haklarının kullanımı

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve GDPR kapsamında verine erişme, düzeltme ve silme hakkın vardır. Verinin tamamı zaten uygulamanın içinde görünür ve düzenlenebilir; silme uygulamadan ya da e-postayla yapılır (Hesabını ve verini silme). Başka bir talebin olursa aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsin.

Değişiklikler

Bu metin değişirse yürürlük tarihi güncellenir. Toplanan veri türünde bir genişleme olursa uygulama içinde bildirilir.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 28 August 2026

Mesai Kart is an app that tracks your working hours and calculates what you have earned, following the principles of Turkish Labour Law no. 4857. It also includes daily habit tracking and an event calendar.

This text explains what data the app stores, where it stores it, and who can see it. It is short because there is little data to describe.

Summary

By default your data is visible only to you; there is no team sharing and no leaderboard. If you turn it on you can show friends you choose the analytics of goals you choose — your work hours and pay are never part of it (details).
No ads, no tracking, no analytics. No third-party tracker is used at all.
Your data is never sold, rented, or used for marketing.
You can delete your account from inside the app; your data goes with it. If you cannot reach the app, it can also be deleted by email.
No data is ever sent to an AI service.

What is stored

All of it is data you entered, or data created as you use the app.

What	Contents
Account	Your email address and an irreversible hash of your password (the password itself is not stored). A display name, if you set one.
Shift records	Clock-in and clock-out moments, your note if any, and the type of the day (regular / public holiday / weekly rest day, and so on).
Settings	Your monthly net salary, weekly working hours, daily break, rest days, premium multipliers, night hours, currency, language preference, your chosen theme and the shift patterns you saved.
Month closings	The frozen results of past months' calculations.
Habits	Habit name, description, goal, sub-items, your notes; daily check-offs, the amounts you enter, and mood and difficulty scores if recorded.
Events	Title, note, date, time, repeat and reminder settings.
Notification subscription	If you turned notifications on: the address your browser issued, the encryption keys, and the browser's identification string.
Friend information	Your username and avatar, if you chose them; who you granted access to and who granted access to you; people you blocked; the invite links you created and their expiry.
Shared analytics summary	Created only if you turned sharing on and ticked that specific goal: the numbers and charts for that goal. Mood scores, sub-items, notes, work hours and money never enter this summary.
Messages	The text of messages you exchange with mutual friends, the time they were sent, and whether they were read.
Online status	When you last had the app open (a single timestamp) and whether you share it. You can turn this off in Settings; if you do, nobody sees your status and you do not see anyone else's.
Reports	If you report someone: the reason, the details you wrote, and their username and display name at the moment of the report. Those two are copied at that point because they can be changed later.

This may be health data. The built-in habit catalogue includes items such as sleep, prescription medication, and alcohol. If you track those, what you enter counts as health data. The “how did it go?” score asked after you check a habit is included; answering is entirely optional and nothing is stored if you leave it blank. That is exactly why team sharing, leaderboards, and comparison features were never built — and that is a permanent decision. The friend sharing described below is a different thing: it turns nothing on by default, is limited to what you tick one by one, and never includes the mood score.

Who can see it

Row level security (RLS) is enabled on every table: the database returns each row only to someone entitled to it.
Nothing of yours is shared by default. Your colleagues cannot see your shifts, your pay, your events or your habit records. Not even if you use the same app.
Work hours and money are never shared — not even if you turn sharing on. They are outside the scope of that feature.
The public holiday calendar and the payroll parameters (minimum wage, tax brackets) are shared and readable by anyone signed in. These are not personal data.
Only a user with the administrator role can change the payroll parameters. Administrators cannot see anyone's personal data either.

The app lets you add friends and share the analytics of goals you choose. It is entirely optional and no part of it is on by default.

For a friend to see one of your goals, all three must be true:

You granted that person access — they have to send a request and you have to accept it.
You turned the sharing switch on (Settings → Sharing).
You ticked that particular goal.

Access is one-way. Accepting someone's request does not let you see their analytics; for that you have to send them a request and be accepted too. You can withdraw access at any time, block the person, or switch sharing off entirely. The moment you switch it off, nobody can see anything.

Your friend does not see your raw records: which day you ticked what, your notes, your sub-items and your “how did it go?” scores are not shared. Only a summary of numbers and charts prepared for that goal is visible.

Messaging is only between mutual friends — both of you have to have accepted each other. Someone you have not accepted cannot write to you. When you block someone, the links between you are deleted and they can no longer find you in search.

Online status shows as a small dot in the message box and is visible only to your mutual friends — the same gate as messaging. The only thing stored is when you last had the app open; where you are, what you are doing, or which screen you are on is not recorded. You can turn it off in Settings → “Let my friends see when I am online”. When it is off your dot is hidden from everyone — and you cannot see theirs either.

Where it is stored

Supabase — database and account authentication (supabase.com/privacy). The data resides in the server region the project was created in.
Cloudflare Pages — serves the app's files (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). The server may keep ordinary access logs.
If you turned notifications on, the push service that delivers the message to your device (Google, Mozilla, or Apple, depending on your browser).

Notification contents are encrypted

Reminder notifications are encrypted on their way to your device (RFC 8291). The push service that relays the message cannot read what is inside it; only your device can decrypt it. This was a requirement rather than a preference: a notification can carry a medication name or an appointment title.

A message notification carries the message itself

When a message arrives while the app is closed, your phone gets a notification whose body is the message text (the first 120 characters for long ones). So the message can appear on your lock screen — someone next to you could read it. If you would rather it did not, turn off lock-screen previews in your device's notification settings, or turn the app's notifications off entirely.

The service that prepares the notification therefore reads the message text. It reads only that one message and only at the moment it is sent; it does not scan messages, does not store them and does not send them anywhere else. The same service also reads when you were last in the message box, so that you are not disturbed needlessly: if you are looking at the screen right then, no notification is sent at all.

Friend request and acceptance notifications carry only the other person's display name.

What stays on your device

The app uses no tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage holds only the following:

Your session (so you stay signed in).
Punches made while offline that have not been sent yet.
A copy of your theme and language preference. Both really live in your account; the copy on the device is only there so the app can show the right language and colours at startup, without waiting for your settings to load.
Display preferences that belong to that device alone: the position of the time compass, how lists are sorted, which analysis sections are open or closed, and whether you dismissed the getting-started card.

So that it can open without a network connection, the app caches its own files on your device. Those contain no personal data.

Deleting your account and data

There are two ways and both have the same result: from inside the app, or by email, without installing the app.

From inside the app

Delete my account — tap your name in the top bar; it is at the bottom of the profile card that opens. To confirm, you type your account's full email address. It permanently deletes your account and all of your data: shifts, settings, habits and their daily logs, events, month closings, notification subscription. Deletion happens immediately; you do not have to wait for approval, the action cannot be undone and no backup is kept.
Delete all my records — Settings → Danger zone. Deletes your shift records only; your account and settings remain.

Without installing the app — by email

If you cannot reach the app (you changed phones, uninstalled it, or do not remember your password), you can request deletion in writing:

Write from your account's registered email address to destek@mesaikart.com; “Account deletion request” in the subject line is enough.
The request arriving from the account's own address serves as identity verification. If you write from another address we will ask for a confirmation from the account's address; we ask for no other document.
The request is carried out within 30 days at the latest and the result is written back to the same address. Deleting from the app is faster, because it is immediate.

What is deleted, what remains

Deleted: everything in the “What is stored” table above. When the account row is deleted, every record attached to it is dropped along with it by the database — no half-deleted account is left behind.
Remains: none of your personal records remain on the server. The ordinary access logs of Cloudflare, which serves the app's files, are kept for its own retention period; they are not linked to your account and their contents are not held by us.
On your device: the copy of your theme and language preference, and any punches not yet sent, are local records that live on that device alone and have no link to the account on the server. They go when you uninstall the app or clear the site's data in your browser.

How long it is kept

Your data stays until you delete it. The app never deletes data on its own — you need to be able to look back at past months' calculations. The notification send log clears entries older than 30 days by itself.

Your messages are also kept until your account is deleted. You can delete them one by one; a message you delete is removed for both sides and the other person cannot see it again either. Shared summaries are deleted the moment you untick the goal. Report records remain on file after a review is completed, because assessing repeated behaviour depends on them.

Children

The app is designed for working adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Exercising your rights

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 and the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. All of your data is already visible and editable inside the app, and deletion is done from the app or by email (Deleting your account and data). For any other request, write to the address below.

Changes

If this text changes, the effective date will be updated. If the kinds of data collected are ever expanded, you will be told inside the app.

A note on the calculations

The calculations this app performs are for information only and do not replace an official payslip. The binding statement about your pay is the payroll issued by your employer.
